# Pulse > Pulse makes healthcare operations software with AI that asks before it acts. The Pulse Platform runs referral intake, admissions, caregiver recruiting and field outreach for home care and home health agencies, behavioral health providers (including addiction treatment, mental health, recovery support, and ABA programs), and skilled nursing facilities. It is built on Salesforce and costs $89 per user per month. Pulse Professional Services (formerly Madison Ave Consulting) implements Pulse and delivers Salesforce and AI projects for organizations in any industry. Who it is for: home care agencies, home health providers, behavioral health providers (addiction treatment centers, mental health programs, peer recovery and recovery support organizations, and ABA therapy practices), and skilled nursing facilities that have outgrown spreadsheets, point solutions, or legacy agency management software and need one system of record for operations. What makes it different: one record for the patient and the caregiver from intake through case management; reporting, automation, and mobile access included; and it works beside the EMR or EHR a provider already runs instead of replacing it, with EMR connectors starting with HHAeXchange. The Pulse Platform has four apps. Pulse Core runs workflows on any standard or custom Salesforce object: admins build the phases, fields and actions, teams move work forward from the record page, and every step shows up in native Salesforce reports. Pulse Care adds the healthcare modules on Pulse Core: referral-to-admission intake, caregiver recruiting and field outreach. Pulse Connect links Pulse to supported EMR systems. Its first live connector pushes new patients from Pulse to HHAeXchange and writes the HHAeXchange admission ID back to the Pulse record. Pulse Connect also pushes new clients into CentralReach for ABA providers (live with one customer). Coming: an AlayaCare connector and HHAeXchange inbound sync of visits and authorizations. Other integrations are scoped with each customer through the standard Salesforce REST and Bulk APIs. Pulse Agents put AI to work, as described below. AI: Pulse AI Agents are built on Agentforce and listed on Salesforce AppExchange after passing Salesforce's security review. Staff ask about a referral, patient, applicant, employee, schedule or referral source in plain language and get the answer from their Pulse records, within each user's Salesforce permissions. When someone asks for a change, the agent proposes it and waits for that person to confirm, and it declines requests it cannot handle. Pulse AI Agents run on Agentforce inside Salesforce, so Salesforce's Einstein Trust Layer protections apply. Pulse Core also has a workflow agent, built on Claude from Anthropic. It proposes the next step, asks the team for a missing fact, or moves work forward when its requirements are met. Each customer decides how much it does on its own: suggest only, act with approval (the default), or handle low-risk steps automatically. Every proposal and decision is logged with the reason behind it. Pulse reads the emails tied to a record and suggests facts to capture, and a person approves each one before it touches the record. The design is model-flexible, so the AI provider can change without rebuilding workflows. The workflow agent calls Claude through Anthropic's API from the customer's Salesforce org, using a Salesforce Named Credential. That path is separate from the Einstein Trust Layer. Pulse AI Agents and the Pulse Core workflow agent run separately. Coming, with no dates announced: a document agent that reads referral packets, a voice agent for caregiver call-outs and shift confirmations, voice-note activity logging for field reps, and AI case summaries. Pricing: $89 per user per month, every module included. Custom Enterprise pricing for organizations with 500+ users. AI usage and other add-ons are custom-priced. Organizations that already license Salesforce Health Cloud can install Pulse Core into their existing org for $10 per user per month. Pulse Professional Services engagements are scoped and quoted before work starts. Proof point: Anchor Health, a home health provider in New York, Pennsylvania, and Michigan, unified recruiting, intake, and compliance on Pulse: 2x caseload per intake rep, $200K+ in annual savings from retired legacy tools, and six months from kickoff to production across three states. Americas Home Health went live on Pulse in seven weeks. Behavioral health proof: a peer support organization serving people in substance use disorder recovery and CareWorks ABA, a multi-state ABA provider, each launched intake on Pulse in four weeks. Pulse Professional Services has also delivered Salesforce projects for addiction treatment and peer recovery providers, including a custom Kipu EMR integration for Enlightened Recovery (formerly Enlightened Solutions) that cut about 3 hours of manual data entry each week and improved overall operational efficiency by 24%. Those projects are labeled Services engagements: Pulse Professional Services delivered a Salesforce project. Stories labeled Pulse deployments are customers that run Pulse. Kipu and ZenCharts connections were built as custom work for each customer, outside Pulse Connect. Pulse Professional Services has been a Salesforce consulting partner since 2018, rated 4.9 out of 5 on AppExchange, with 373 projects completed, 53 healthcare projects since 2018, and 7 multi-year partnerships. Senior Salesforce architects deliver every engagement, for healthcare, nonprofit, financial services, real estate and technology organizations. Services: Salesforce implementation, digital transformation, managed services, data and integration, talent services, and AI. AI work by Pulse Professional Services: helping teams choose between Agentforce and Claude for each use case; designing, building and supporting Agentforce agents for intake, recruiting and field teams, on data and processes mapped first; setting up Salesforce in Claude; and Claude-built tools such as the free, read-only Salesforce org health check, which shows where an AI agent would help and where data needs work first. Company: Pulse is one company: the Pulse Platform and Pulse Professional Services, formerly Madison Ave Consulting. Pulse is built on Salesforce and distributed on the Salesforce AppExchange. Pulse is not affiliated with Home Care Pulse. ## Key pages - [Home](https://meetpulse.com/): healthcare operations software with AI that asks before it acts - [Platform](https://meetpulse.com/platform/): the four apps, Pulse Core, Pulse Care, Pulse Connect and Pulse Agents, on one Salesforce foundation - [Pulse Core](https://meetpulse.com/platform/core/): workflow orchestration for any process in Salesforce, including the workflow agent built on Claude - [Pulse Care](https://meetpulse.com/platform/care/): intake, recruiting and field outreach for healthcare operators - [Pulse Connect](https://meetpulse.com/platform/integrations/): EMR integrations, starting with HHAeXchange - [Pulse Agents](https://meetpulse.com/platform/agents/): Pulse AI Agents, built on Agentforce, and their guardrails - [How Pulse uses AI](https://meetpulse.com/ai/): Pulse AI Agents and the Pulse Core workflow agent, how much each does on its own, and where your data goes - [Features](https://meetpulse.com/features/): every module, with roadmap items labeled Coming - [Pricing](https://meetpulse.com/pricing/): $89 per user per month, every module included - [Pricing (machine-readable)](https://meetpulse.com/pricing.md): structured pricing data - [Home Care](https://meetpulse.com/home-care/): Pulse for home care and home health agencies - [Behavioral Health](https://meetpulse.com/behavioral-health/): Pulse for addiction treatment, mental health, recovery support, and ABA providers - [Addiction Treatment](https://meetpulse.com/addiction-treatment/): admissions, levels of care, and alumni follow-up for substance use disorder treatment centers - [ABA Therapy](https://meetpulse.com/aba/): Pulse for ABA therapy practices - [Skilled Nursing](https://meetpulse.com/snf/): Pulse for skilled nursing facilities - [Multi-Location Enterprise](https://meetpulse.com/enterprise/): multi-state and multi-brand operators - [Beyond healthcare](https://meetpulse.com/industries/): what Pulse Core can run outside healthcare, with matching Professional Services stories - [Customer stories](https://meetpulse.com/customers/): every story, labeled Pulse deployment or Services engagement - [Resources](https://meetpulse.com/resources/): articles for healthcare operators - [Contact](https://meetpulse.com/contact/): book a demo, talk to Pulse Professional Services, or request a free org health check - [Support](https://meetpulse.com/support/): customer support (help@pulseplatform.co) and the customer knowledge base ## Pulse Professional Services - [Professional Services](https://meetpulse.com/professional-services/): senior Salesforce and AI delivery for any industry since 2018, formerly Madison Ave Consulting - [Healthcare practice](https://meetpulse.com/professional-services/healthcare/): Salesforce and AI consulting for healthcare operators - [AI practice](https://meetpulse.com/professional-services/ai/): Agentforce agents, Salesforce in Claude, and help choosing between them for each use case - [Free org health check](https://meetpulse.com/professional-services/health-check/): a free, read-only Salesforce org health check, produced with Claude - [Nonprofit practice](https://meetpulse.com/professional-services/nonprofit/): Salesforce for nonprofits that run real programs - [Financial Services practice](https://meetpulse.com/professional-services/financial-services/): Salesforce delivery for financial services and insurance teams - [Real Estate practice](https://meetpulse.com/professional-services/real-estate/): Salesforce for commercial real estate teams - [Talent services](https://meetpulse.com/professional-services/talent/): Salesforce talent, matched by people who do the work - [About](https://meetpulse.com/company/about/): the team behind Pulse, implementing Salesforce since 2018 - [Partners](https://meetpulse.com/company/partners/): Salesforce, Anthropic, and the systems Pulse connects ## Customer stories: Pulse deployments - [Anchor Health case study](https://meetpulse.com/anchor-health-case-study/): home health provider in NY, PA, and MI;
