- Platform: built on Salesforce; distributed via the Salesforce AppExchange
- Verticals supported: Home Care / Home Health, Behavioral Health (addiction treatment, mental health, recovery support, and ABA), Skilled Nursing (SNF)
- Minimum: no published seat minimum

## Health Cloud overlay
- Price: $10 per user per month (Pulse Managed Package Overlay)
- What it is: Pulse Core, installed directly into an existing Salesforce org
- For: organizations that already hold Salesforce Health Cloud licenses

## Enterprise
- Price: custom, contact sales
- For: organizations with 500+ users
- Adds: enterprise agreement terms, volume pricing

## Integrations
- Included in the Pulse license: the HHAeXchange connector (Pulse Connect)
- Also live: a CentralReach client push for ABA providers (one customer)
- Coming: an AlayaCare connector and HHAeXchange inbound sync
