Built by the team that implements Salesforce for a living.
Pulse Professional Services (formerly Madison Ave Consulting) has delivered Salesforce projects since 2018. Years of implementing Salesforce for healthcare operators led us to build Pulse. In 2026 the platform and the services team became one company: Pulse.
Why we built Pulse.
Most healthcare agencies we worked with had the same pattern. The marketing team used one tool. Intake used another. Operations used a third. Billing exported spreadsheets. The data did not connect, the reporting did not roll up, and the operator could not answer simple questions about their own business without days of analyst time.
Salesforce could connect all of it, but agencies kept paying for the same custom build. So we built Pulse: operations software on Salesforce, pre-configured for the healthcare workflows we had implemented dozens of times.

You do not get handed off to an unfamiliar systems integrator. Pulse Professional Services, the team that builds Pulse, runs every Pulse implementation.

We ship on Salesforce.
Pulse runs on Salesforce, with no proprietary platform underneath. Your data is yours, and your admins work in a platform they already know.

Mitch Ebin is CEO and Founder of Pulse. He founded Madison Ave Consulting, now Pulse Professional Services. His Salesforce career includes Bluewolf, an IBM company, and the founding team at Litify, and he holds 11 Salesforce certifications.

Do I need Pulse to work with Pulse Professional Services?
No. Pulse Professional Services implements Pulse and also delivers Salesforce projects in healthcare, nonprofit, financial services, real estate and technology, on the Salesforce products you already own.
