Platform
Pulse Connect: your EMR and Pulse, in step.
Pulse Connect pushes new patients from Pulse into your EMR, starting with HHAeXchange, and writes the EMR's ID back to the Pulse record, so intake never re-keys a profile.
EMR connectors.
Two connectors are live with customers today. Connectors still in development are labeled Coming.
HHAeXchange: Live.
Patient profiles pushed from Pulse to HHAeXchange, with the HHAeXchange admission ID written back to the Pulse record. Live with customers.
CentralReach: Live.
Referrals in Pulse create client profiles in CentralReach, for ABA providers. Live with one customer.
AlayaCare: Coming.
A push that creates the client in AlayaCare from the Pulse record and stores the AlayaCare ID on the record.
Everything else.
Billing, payroll and other systems, including other EMRs, are scoped with each customer through the standard Salesforce REST and Bulk APIs.
The HHAeXchange connector is included in the Pulse license. Other connections are priced as custom add-ons.
Americas Home Health runs the HHAeXchange patient push in production. Read the Americas Home Health story
Recruiting systems connect to the same record. EOM Homecare connects Apploi to its Pulse recruiting workflow, so new applications arrive as structured records, with forms and e-signature inside each application stage. Read the EOM Homecare story
In development.
Work in development stays labeled Coming until it is live with customers.
- Coming: HHAeXchange inbound sync Visits and authorizations synced from HHAeXchange back into Pulse.
AppExchange ecosystem.
Pulse is built on Salesforce and available on AppExchange. AppExchange apps your organization licenses, such as document signing, BI or credentialing tools, can typically be added to the same Salesforce org, subject to each app's own terms. See Pulse on AppExchange
Open APIs.
Because Pulse records live in Salesforce, your integration team can work with them through the standard Salesforce REST and Bulk APIs, using patterns it already knows.
Need a connection that is not listed here? Pulse Professional Services (formerly Madison Ave Consulting) has delivered customer-specific integration work for healthcare operators, including Kipu and ZenCharts integrations for treatment providers. See Pulse Professional Services
