Pulse Core

Run any process in Salesforce as a workflow your team can see.

Admins build workflows as portable definitions, Pulse Core adds the Salesforce fields they need, and your team moves work forward from the record page, with every step stored as native Salesforce data for reports and dashboards.

How Pulse Core works.

Pulse Core is the workflow engine under Pulse Care, the modules that run referral intake, admissions, caregiver recruiting and field outreach for healthcare operators. It works on any standard or custom Salesforce object.

Build.

In Admin Studio, admins lay out a workflow as phases, fields, transitions and actions. When the workflow is published, Pulse Core creates the Salesforce fields it needs.

Run.

Your team steps through work on any standard or custom record, right from the record page. Pulse Core tracks SLAs and the time each record spends in every stage.

Report.

Workflow progress, approvals and time in stage live in native Salesforce objects, so they can feed reports, list views and dashboards. Managers see every running workflow in the operations console.

A workflow agent built on Claude.

The Pulse Core workflow agent is built on Claude from Anthropic. It does the legwork, and by default it asks your team before it acts. The design is model-flexible, so the AI provider can change without rebuilding your workflows.

  • Proposes the next action. The agent suggests what should happen next, such as sending an email or updating a record, inside your approval rules.
  • Asks for what is missing. When a workflow needs a fact it does not have, the agent asks your team for it.
  • Moves work forward. When a step's requirements are met, the agent can move the work to the next step, inside your approval rules.
  • You set its autonomy. Choose suggest only, act with approval, or handle low-risk steps automatically. Act with approval is the default.
  • Every decision is logged. Each proposal and decision is logged with the reason behind it. Actions that need approval wait in a decision queue until a person approves or rejects them.
  • Reads the email thread. Pulse Core reads the emails tied to a record and suggests the facts to capture. Your team approves each one before it touches the record.

The workflow agent calls Claude through Anthropic's API from your Salesforce org, using a Salesforce Named Credential, so no keys sit in code. See how Pulse uses AI and where your data goes

Packaged the Salesforce way.

  • Managed packages. Pulse Core installs as Salesforce managed packages, with permission sets for admins, users and read-only access.
  • Named Credentials for every external call. Connections to outside systems run through Salesforce Named Credentials, so no secrets sit in code.
  • Built-in actions. Send an email, update a record or call an external API as a step in any workflow.
